TINOX TPW-716 is an advanced hybrid pigment based on rutile-type TiO₂, engineered specifically for high-performance paint and coating applications. Through a proprietary manufacturing process that combines premium TiO₂ pigment components with ultra-fine functional fillers, TPW-716 enhances light scattering efficiency while reducing TiO₂ consumption without compromising optical performance.

Processing Instructions:

Add water, dispersing agent, and wetting agent to mixing vessel
Slowly add TINOX TPW-716 under moderate agitation (800-1000 rpm)
Increase agitation speed to 1500-2000 rpm for 15-20 minutes until Hegman fineness ≥6.5 is achieved
Reduce speed and slowly add acrylic emulsion
Add coalescing agent, defoamer, rheology modifier, and preservative
Adjust pH to 7.5-8.5 with ammonia solution
Add remaining water to achieve desired viscosity
Filter and package
